We carry our fixed wiring and commercial landlord property electrical testing, ensuring safe operating standard. Our fully trained and professional electrical engineers are 18th edition qualified able to carry out every aspect of electrical installation and service, from safety checks to PAT testing. Quay Maintenance can also service/ maintain your intruder alarm system, CCTV and door entry systems.

FIRE & EMERGENCY, SERVICING

All our fire safety engineers are all fully certified to carry out fire alarm and emergency lighting servicing to the required British standards.
